Single occupancy: $270 per room (4 night stay)

Lunches only, ages 7 and older: $63 (Tuesday - Friday)

Full meal plan, ages 6 and under: $83 (Monday - Friday)

Full meal plan, ages 7 and older: $165 (Monday - Friday)

Parking:

Parking (permit required): $7 per vehicle per weekday

Please note that registration for on-campus housing and dining is optional and not required to participate in the institute. Participants are welcome to arrange their own accommodations and meals.

However, we strongly recommend that those staying off-campus either register for the lunch-only meal plan or bring packed lunches (along with any other essentials needed for a full day) to campus each morning. This approach minimizes disruptions, as it avoids the need to leave campus during the lunch break.

Refunds:

ALL final balances must be paid in full by May 1. Any unpaid balances after this date will accrue a $50 late fee. Due to commitments to faculty and travel plans, full refunds (less the non-refundable registration fee) are available up to May 1. Applicants who withdraw after May 1 will forfeit all fees. If you register after May 1, and decide to cancel your registration, all fees are forfeited. â€‹
